I'm Ouidad certified and also certified in Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments. My focus is helping clients achieve healthy, manageable hair while enhancing their natural texture, shape, and overall hair health. Color services are offered by consultation to ensure every service is customized to your hair goals. You can find me in San Marcos, TX inside the Plex Business Center (Suite 7). Booking & Cancellations A card is required to reserve your appointment but will not be charged until checkout. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice may be charged 100% of the service cost. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Services may be modified or canceled to remain on schedule for all guests. Curly Haircut Preparation For curly haircut services, please arrive with your hair freshly washed, completely air-dried, detangled, and in its natural state. Please avoid ponytails, hats, headbands, or heavy styling products. Curly haircut services may need to be rescheduled if the hair arrives straightened, heavily styled, or not fully detangled. Color Services Color services are customized for each client. Advanced color work, major changes, or multi-step processes may require additional time, sessions, or pricing. These details will always be discussed during your consultation. A deposit may be required for select color services. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your final service total. Color Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean, dry hair and minimal product buildup for the best color results. Chemical Service Disclosure Clients are responsible for disclosing all previous chemical services performed on their hair. Undisclosed services may affect the outcome of color or smoothing treatments, and results cannot be guaranteed in these cases. Service Adjustments If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within 48 hours. Minor adjustments will be accommodated within 7 days of the original appointment. Guests & Children To maintain a calm, relaxing salon experience, the salon suite has a maximum capacity of three people. Please avoid bringing additional guests unless they are receiving a service. Children’s services are offered for ages 5–12. All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For safety, children must remain seated and supervised. If a child is unable to sit safely during the service, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue the appointment.
