Must provide a card to book online, it will not be charged until check out. *Cancellations made within 48hrs will not be charged a cancellation fee* **Cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service** ***Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service*** Please be respectful of my time. Curly Cut clients are required to come freshly washed and completely air dried the day of the appointment. Please avoid wearing hats, ponytails, headbands or any products. If so, a service charge of $50 will be added to your service invoice. Curly Highlights require $100 deposit if you reschedule or no-show your appointment you will lose your deposit. There are no refunds, this is a craft and I would be happy to fix any minor concerns. must contact me within 48hrs to fix dissatisfacfion (free of charge).
